One of our certified planners will meet with you and understand your objectives – what you want to accomplish and how much involvement you would like us to have. We will then personalize our services to provide as much or as little support as you desire. Once the level of support is selected our dedicated team of specialist will go to work. An Audio Visual technician will determine the right amount of equipment and staff needed to produce a flawlessly executed AV experience. A creative designer will brainstorm on ideas and design a look that communicates your message while creating a memorable experience for your audience. If transportation and registration is required, a certified meeting planner will work with your staff to develop registration forms, orchestrate transportation, coordinate meet and greet freeing you up to focus on the big picture.
